I haven't really started the project fully because I have been having to deal with university stuff

I was thinking about dropping one choice and maybe switching it for a different one but in the end I did not do that. And I was sorting out student finances and doing the things that the universities that had gotten back to me had asked me to do. But that was just last week so I should be starting the project today. I plan to start researching, but I did do the photoshop workshop on Thursday.

During the seminar we went through where everything was in myUCA first but because I have already been there I knew where everything was. There are also films which we could watch in the reading list which before this seminar I wasn't really interested in but there is also a film club which is non-compulsory but we can go to in order to discuss some films which I think would be very useful for this project. The website which they gave as a resource to watch the films is called bob and is an educational online platform where they put up films and stuff but you can sign up with the university account.

We talked about where we should be with the project, last week should have been research and mood sheets and reflecting on them, this week is about developing the project, test shots, photographs, storyboarding, script development etc. And we need to be documenting the process on our blogs. It is important to respond to the research through our own exploration and work. We looked at a student's work which was a good example because they had done the research and also responded to it as well. I need to think about how I work as a practitioner to make sure I am working at a high/good enough level and a high standard.

We looked at the grading criteria which will be put in place for Stage 3.
