Filming and such

Today was an interesting day. There was a workshop today but I ended up missing it because I was filming at the time and only realised when I came back to my laptop to put the footage into it.
Filming today was chaotic, hectic and terrible but fun and interesting. I was able to experiment with various different camera angles but my camera also was malfunctioning and would only let me take 7 seconds of video at a time and the total amount of video I was allowed to capture was 4 minutes before my storage was full. I think I know how to fix it though. It makes me feel like I might not have gotten enough footage and might need to film some more but I will have to wait and see. I waited until the perfect time to film (high noon) because I believed that the sun was in the perfect position. It was a nice time to film but it was the first time I had stepped outside the building of my house since school ended last year. Even though it was just my back garden it was interesting to be outside in the world again.

This was the storyboard and below is the plan for the "script". It's not really a script but it is what will be being said in the background. At least it is what I plan to put, I haven't recorded it yet.
"2020. What would I keep to remember this year by?
I guess the obvious things that anybody else would.
Half a bottle of hand sanitiser because I stopped needing it since I stopped going outside, my least favourite mask but I would still need my other ones.
The socks I got for Christmas because everybody had the same idea and I'm not so sure I will be needing 5 packets of sock sets,
The top trumps that kept me busy for about a week.
The skipping rope I got to try and keep fit but know I will never use,
The laughter book that helped me get through the year.
Maybe I did this incorrectly but these are the things I want to remember.
All in all, I don't want us to remember only the bad times but a also the good times. It should be balanced. Not only negatives came out of this but we need to remember both so that we can learn from it. And that is what the broken umbrella represents. The red can't be overshadowed by the black covering but we need both to recognise their significance."
I didn't really take test shots like I had wanted to because I wanted to hurry up and start filming since it starts to get dark at around 3pm but I did take one picture of the film shooting area.
