Thursday 5th December 2019
On Thursday not much happened. It was only the day that would determine the rest of our lives, you know simple stuff.
On Thursday we started by going over the website with everyone except A who wasn't there yet. We did some last minute work. I had to reprint the cue card because most people, including myself did not have their cue cards. I can only presume that this is because they had been left in the room and someone recycled, I hope, them. I also printed out the order of the presentation for everyone so that they knew what was next.
We had completely forgotten to put the posters in the PowerPoint so we quickly did that. And made some changes to who said what.
Watching everyone else's presentations was inspiring in some part and somewhat interesting as well. It was cool how every group seemed to come together. There was High Vision, Kalopsia, Norse, Voltis and us, ShootOng. I think the Dragons' feedback and questions would have been quite useful if we were actually companies. But we aren't, I actually wish that some of the companies were really like High Vision, Norse and Kalopsia. I really wanted to buy the High Vision clothing even if it didn't do anything, they were really cool looking.
A funny thing that happened was that our lenses for the glasses were excessively long after they had been 3D printed. This could have been because the measurements weren't completely accurate. They looked so funny on the frames, a bit like a long visor with an inappropriate nose bridge space. They had to be 3D printed again.
Below, you can see the posters and the advert.
