Day Thirty-Eight : We Hit The Mark

Tuesday 3rd December 2019

Two teammates were late. N had the PowerPoint presentation so we couldn't start looking at it until she got there. She wasn't that late so as soon as she came we got on immediately going over the presentation. However, A was quite late and she hadn't finished the website yet. I actually don't mind because I was sure she would finish it. And sure enough, she stayed later like some other teammates to make sure that at least most things were done before Thursday.

N and I decided to add a new page to the presentation because we felt it needed more and also that N needed a slide of his own to fully explain about his vision for the advert. We also removed what we thought to be a useless page and the music that we had initially put at the beginning but moved it to the end and then thought it was unprofessional.

Also N started the second set of glasses-ones with different coloured lenses. A lot of our teammates stayed late because we were doing additional work but I think the people that stayed the latest were A and our leader C. They were working really hard to make sure that the presentation would be good. Many times along the way, N and I asked for the opinions of N and C to see if the presentation was up to par and they liked it which is good. We also asked other classmates to see what they thought Something we did was try and so a pitch to one of our classmates but there was a lot of distraction and he was also busy.

N and I practised the presentation quite a few times to make sure it was okay.

We hoped we were going top do well on Thursday. The only reason that I stayed late was to make little cue cards for everyone. I printed them out and then cut them. I put them next to where everyone was or where they usually sit.
