On Friday we had a lecture about 'Structure and Perspective' and as before it was quite interesting. The homework was to find a photograph that we like that deals with perspective. I chose to look at some forced perspective and perspectival illusions pieces. I found two images that I really like.

The first image is by Jose Lius Rodriguez:

At first glance I thought it was a weird caterpillar thing but then I moved backwards and was amazed to see that it was a picture of some birds, it was really cool. I think it is called "Bird Caterpillar".

The second image is by Christiaan Triebert:

It took me quite a few minutes to realise how the image was taken, because although I knew it was a reflection I still didn't understand how it could be taken. After I had stared closely at the 'distant' buildings I finally understood. It is called "Glued in Firenze".

It was also the Freshers' Fayre and I got a lot of interesting things.
