On Thursday, we working in analogue rather than digital, I think maybe I was too affected by it and that is why I haven't updated my blog in a while. We were making some creations out of mostly special cardboard used in architecture. I tried quite hard but I was really bad at it, at least I tried though, it helped me think more about space and shading and the direction I would be wishing to take. I worked mostly to create something using the logo I created as a sort of motif, it didn't really work out well because the design was quite complicated to cut and interestingly enough, I am not good with a blade. I have known for a long time that I was bad at cutting but I didn't think it would transfer to tools other than a pair of scissors. However, my mistakes made me try and be more creative, especially with tape and also allowed me to think more about colour. I also worked with using symbols to change the way I looked at the logo. Below, you can see some of what I did.
