Assessment Preparation

Monday 30th November 2020
On Monday, we were looking at things we had to complete or do to be ready for the assessment submission on Thursday and we looked at examples of good work done by our fellow classmates, then we had tutorials to talk about plans for progression, I still need to make a post about that. It would have been easier on my laptop because all the research is already there but I can't really do it today or at home so I will just manage and re-research everything but I actually have some images on my laptop that could be added but I'm sure I would be able to do that on Wednesday.
I also looked at things that I still needed to do on Sunday after looking closely at the checklist for the assessment and this is what I came up with:

Some of this stuff has already been done but I am still not confident about whether I will be able to get a pass.
I need to look back on the assessment criteria and not forget to add the integrated research and use the blog to showcase my work. I have already made my OneDrive more presentable but I forgot to add my self-portraits to the outofschool folder but I did add the project briefs and other important-ish documents. More things I need to do are screenshot all my ideas, add things to the "show reel" section of my website and still the research.
I should think about where I want to be and why. I think I want to be in a different country because I want to be away from my family and independent and away from England because it's not great but where in the world is good? Everywhere has its ups and downs but I can't really see the ups of being in England. I am thinking of teaching English as a foreign language (TEFL) in countries like Japan, China etc and this is really to fund my trip around the world to try and find a more suitable place to live. So a two-year gap year of sorts before I do something again and start thinking and planning again. However, I wonder how it would be if I planned no progression, I finished the CMPT course and my plan was to do nothing but stay at home all day. I wonder what things would look like then.
Apparently we need to print out work because it feels invisible at the moment but I don't have the finances for that but we have to think about displaying and presentation and I get that displaying work can improve morale and motivation but I don't believe I have work worth displaying so what is the point.

This term there I have done less editing. than usual because I haven't had the easiest access to the facilities but these last few days I am going to do the stuff I haven't done yet.
