Today we were all given the worst scripts I have ever read, but they were funny and challenged me as a faux actress and shy person. I liked that we were put into teams because I don't really know many people. There was a zombie, a fighting couple, a detective and some non-existent elderly ladies.
I was given the role of DCI Kimberly Chan the best friend of Mathias Russell, apparently. It was fun working with my team and also laughing at the finishing product, especially as the camera kept going out of focus. Finding the right lighting and place to film wasn't too hard, we used the lecture theatre. Also, deciding how to start and what to do at the end were things we had to do.
There's not much left to say but I believe later on we will be viewing the films. The scripts were practically the same except the names and some key details that were auto-changed as the scripts were automated, but it might be fun to watch what else everybody has done.

Other evaluative points are as follows:
The script was quite weird, to overcome this we laughed but tried to carry on. The camera kept going out of focus, we did not fix this as we had not realised until later. We talked, did a few run-throughs and walked around looking for a good location with few people, we ended up using a place where another group had filmed. We decided to film from a higher place so that we could make full use of the stage and make filming the one-shot easier.
